All orders are “pre-orders”, SARAHLEVY works with a limited stock. When you order, we ask to our atelier to produce the model, consequently delivery may take several weeks. We will keep you informed depending of the model you ordered.
If we have the product in stock, we will send you an email to confirm that the delivery time can be reduced. SARAHLEVY may therefore provide for a different delivery timeframe depending on whether certain products have been pre-ordered and whether certain products are in stock at the time of the order.
All orders are dispatched by private carriers. All orders are taken in charge during working day, so we don’t process or deliver orders during weekends and national holidays.
We can’t be held responsible for delay due to the weather, mistake from the delivery service or due to a control of the customs.
We will deliver the products to the delivery address that you indicated when placing the order. We only deliver to addresses within the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, UK, Switzerland. Orders cannot be placed for delivery addresses situated outside these territories.
SARAHLEVY offer the shipping. Once shipped, you will receive the shipping notification with your tracking number. All our orders are shipped directly from our head office in Brussels, Belgium.
You have 14 days from the reception of your order to exchange or return your item(s).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
If you notice a defect on an item within 14 days from the reception of your order, please contact hello@sarahlevy.be to request a refund or exchange. Items sent back without authorization may not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
SARAHLEVY does not pay the return costs.
